1. **Reservations and Payments:**

  - All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

  - To secure your booking, we require a deposit or valid credit card details at the time of booking.

  - Full payment must be made at check-in unless prior arrangement is made.

2. **Cancellation Policy:**

  - Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the arrival date will not incur any fees.

  - Cancellations made after this period or no-shows will result in a full charge for the reservation.

3. **Check-in and Check-out:**

  - Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am.

  - Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

4. **Children and Pets Policy:**

  - Children under 12 years old can stay free of charge, as long as they use the existing beds in the room.

  - Pets are welcome in designated areas of the hotel, subject to a cleaning fee.

5. **Smoking Policy:**

  - The Hotel is a completely smoke-free environment. A fine will be assessed for guests who violate this policy.

6. **Guest Behavior:**

  - We expect all guests to act in a courteous and respectful manner towards other guests and hotel staff.

  - Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, will be grounds for immediate termination of stay without refund.

7. **Damages and Losses:**

  - Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

  - Personal items are the responsibility of the guests. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to valuables left in rooms.

8. **Changes to Services:**

  - We reserve the right to change or suspend services and amenities at any time, for operational or security reasons.

9. **Privacy Policy:**

 - All personal information provided by guests will be treated with complete confidentiality and used only for reservation and communication purposes.

10. **General Provisions:**

 - These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

 - When making a reservation, guests agree to comply with all terms and conditions established by the Hotel.
